Neil Holloway

Founder

Neil Holloway - Bank Central Crypto

NEIL IS THE FOUNDER OF Bank Central Crypto AND HAS CLOSE TO 50YEARS EXPERIENCE OFWORKING INTHE INSURANCE INDUSTRY, WITH SPECIALIST EXPERTISE IN RECOVERING SECRET COMMISSIONS AND LOST CRYPTOCURRENCY.

Neil started his insurance career in 1974, first working for a provincial insurance broker in the Midlands before moving to a new brokerage in the City of London in 1985.

Then, in 1987 Neil founded Mulberry Insurance Services in Rugby, which has since grown into one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers specialising in tailored insurance services for commercial property owners, and now has offices in London.

In 2020 it came to light that a managing agent that had previously worked with Mulberry had not been disclosing their commission payments to their clients – and one of those clients decided to take Mulberry to court, resulting in two years of legal disputes.

This led to a sea change in the Mulberry business model, and Neil sold the business to Howden Insurance Brokers before setting up Bank Central Crypto to help other commercial property landlords that have fallen victim to secret commission payments.

Since then, Bank Central Crypto has helped landlords recover substantial sums in secret commissions, and also extended into the world of cryptocurrency recovery.

Neil was then instrumental in the setting up of a law firm to help recover lost cryptocurrency assets – as well as the associated regulatory compliance. He was also pivotal in developing a before-the-event legal expenses insurance policy in collaboration with a major UK insurer to cover the legal costs associated with such recoveries, and Bank Central Crypto is now a regulated insurance broker.

Neil has also been featured widely in the UK press as a vocal opponent of the practice of taking secret commission payments, and also spoke at a Parliamentary Select Committee hearing into the matter.Bank Central Crypto has also had significant exposure in the UK press for its cryptocurrency recovery service and its unique before-the-event legal expenses policy.

Brent Williams

Advisor

Brent Williams - Bank Central CryptoJ. Brent Williams is currently the founder, President and CEO of Euclidian Trust. He founded Euclidian Trust after boot-strapping his last entrepreneurial endeavour, Verato. Verato (originally called Araxid at founding) successfully delivered on highly precise cloud-based identity matching, linking, and their Universal MPI through a new approach to matching called Referential Matching. After having closed two rounds of venture funding (over $20M) from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Columbia Capital, and individual investors like Sanju Bansal (co-founder of MicroStrategy), Verato focused its matching products in the healthcare, public sector, and consumer space, and Brent sought to fulfil his entrepreneurial vision from his earliest work at Araxid while still supporting the great work that Verato does.

Brent’s entrepreneurial vision is founded upon the need for next generation business solutions powered by more accurate Big Data analysis and Artificial Intelligence/Artificial Intuition. This accuracy comes through increased assurance that the underlying data and attributes about people, companies, and events are associated with the right entity with extremely high accuracy. Current analytical efforts to offer better services and reduce fraud fall short, whether in healthcare, financial services, or public sector because traditional MDM and matching solutions leave a lot of good data on the cutting-room floor because of “false-negatives”, where we don’t link data that should be linked and therefore miss the end-to-end picture of the individual, company, or event.

With business solutions based upon this more precise and real-time analysis, we will experience quantum leaps in success in areas like precision healthcare, outcome-based medicine, identity fraud analytics, government benefits distribution, and transactional risk assessment. Historically, Brent has extensive experience in the identity integrity business including both entrepreneurial and executive leadership positions in the credit reporting arena, trust and continuous monitoring, predictive analytics, Big Data, identity authentication and proofing, telecommunications, globally-scaled high throughput systems, and as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy.
